K. Yayus Mak was invited to give a lecture on the topic of “Achieving Results in Marketing Implementation with Service Focus” for Siam Cement Group on 10 February 2015.

 

 

She led the discussions on implementing marketing control process and executing profitable service strategies for top-performing executives selected from the company’s various business divisions (SCG Chemicals, SCG Paper, SCG Cement, and SCG Distribution), resulting in a highly engaging and insightful session for the participants.
